Outside-customer diagnosis is ₹499. Devices purchased from CTRL receive lifetime free diagnosis. Parts and repair labour may be chargeable after warranty. Other listed prices are starting estimates.
Approval first
Paid repairs proceed after the customer approves the estimate. Parts availability and turnaround times vary. Advanced chip-level work may be handled by a repair partner.
Your data
Back up important files and remove unnecessary sensitive data before handover. Data recovery is not guaranteed. Record the device condition and accessories at intake.
Collection
Pickup or drop-off is arranged separately. Keep the repair reference for status checks and collection.
