CTRL 3–6 Month Laptop Warranty
Every eligible refurbished CTRL laptop includes a 3–6 month hardware warranty. The exact term is confirmed on the product listing and order. Covered examples include motherboard defects, RAM, SSD, keyboard, trackpad, Wi-Fi, charging circuit, ports, fan and display electronics, subject to assessment.
Accessories and other products
Accessories follow the company or manufacturer warranty shown on the individual product listing. If no warranty is listed, contact support before ordering so we can confirm the terms.
What is excluded?
Accidental damage, cracked screen, liquid damage, customer-opened devices, unauthorised repair, voltage or power damage, software or data issues, cosmetic wear and normal battery degradation.
Battery & SSD health
Health is disclosed before sale. Battery coverage concerns complete failure where applicable; normal degradation is excluded.
Complete unboxing video
Record one continuous video from the sealed package through the laptop, charger, accessories, physical condition and first power-on. Keep the video for any delivery-condition or missing-item claim.
Free pickup & return
Transport is free for accepted covered warranty claims. Contact us before dispatching the device and keep the order ID and serial number available.
Free Lifetime Support
To claim warranty support, reach out to our support team at +91 60002 79927. We will instruct you further. After the laptop warranty term, CTRL customers still receive free lifetime help with troubleshooting, setup guidance and diagnosis. Parts, repair labour, accidental damage and software repairs may be chargeable. This promise is lifetime support, not lifetime free repairs.
